Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waller - Prairie View by IHG

Our room had a musty smell to it, and the tissue was out. I brought it to their attention, and they brought tissue and sprayed air freshener. I did notice the small plaqe in the restroom that says if you forgot it, we have complimentary toothbrush, comb. I was told once that they no longer do that. I just wonder why they still have those in the bathroom? I should have gotten a picture. I will have to remember that the next time we stay at an ihg hotel.

Nice and quiet area. Rooms are spacious but I look forward to seeing their renovations to come! The staff are very friendly, helpful as can be and most importantly very KIND people! My suggestions to make this place even more lovely is to liven up the variety of concessions/adding more, plus non food items like medicines/bandaids and such in the convenience corner but lastly, the breakfast I had a hard time finding something I enjoyed. but I still give five stars for just how wonderful the staff is and how clean the place is!! Housekeeping really takes their time and cleans the rooms to where you can feel the clean! The pool is nice with a wheelchair ramp into the pool, the computers in the business area are a little slow, the laundry is $2 a load but it would be lovely if they were free just for convenience for the loyalty of customers! All in all my final say is if you are in the area and in need of a hotel, this should be your top pick!

Kyra is the key to this location. This motel desk clerk is the genuineness and warmth a tired traveler needs after a long drive. Her attitude made my trip complete. IHG needs ambassadors like this to represent corporate America’s hotel chain. Thank you Kyra This site was very clean, affordable and the beds and room was comfortable. A small grocery store across the street and several businesses within a short distance complimented the site. Thanks and yes I am making this my spot when I travel to Houston vs staying in town

Had a great stay front desk was really accommodating and made sure I had everything I requested. I booked the wrong room and they were kind enough to make sure I got what I needed. I know I was a pain but they always helped me with a smile on my face. My room was clean and it smelled good. I had a great night sleep. If you visit this hotel make sure to try the biscuits and gravy.

A decent distance from Texas Renaissance Festival and spacious rooms. Our room was dark even with all the lights on. The mattress was well worn and had a dip in it. The shower head was weird. But, the staff were very nice and helpful. I'd stay there again for the fest

Initially intended on staying 1 night however the owner was super flexible on extending my stay at the last minute. Beds were pretty comfortable, bathroom and rooms were cleaned and maintained. Breakfast was provided and free WiFi is included. Definitely would stay here again.
